Mota (Palma, 1986)
Juan Francisco Mota studied illustration and graphic design at the School of Design in the Balearic Islands. Juan Francisco began his professional career in 2011, combining his job as creative illustrator of decorative items with many freelance commissions: corporate brand design, character design, development of graphic content, design and printing of clothing, editorial illustration, collaborating in local publications and more..
In 2020, after several years improving his comic style and building up a portfolio, he began to publish with a foreign publisher and that helped him boost his career as a professional author. He currently works full time as a sequential artist.
