Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts (2005) and a PhD in Art History (2010), Toni Galmés combines his career as a storyboard artist and illustrator for cinema and advertising with his work as a university teacher giving classes in theatrical literature and art history.

In the field of theatre, he has specialised in staging his own illustrations and drawings which are influenced by many sources not only from cinema and comics, but also from 19th and 20th century illustration.
